2.2KW熱油泵+滄州德州WRY系列高溫導熱油泵+常州市武研熱油泵有限公司+在使用武進熱油泵時，WRY系列熱油泵難免會發生汽蝕現象，如何防止發生汽蝕的措施：
欲防止發生汽蝕必須提高NPSHa，使NPSHa>NPSHr可防止發生汽蝕的措施如下：
1.減小幾何吸上高度hg(或增加幾何倒灌高度);
2.減小吸入損失hc，為此可以設法增加管徑，盡量減小管路長度，彎頭和附件等;
3.防止長時間在大流量下運行NPSHR增加，NPSHa減少;
4.在同樣轉速和流量下，采用熱油泵，因減小進口流速、泵不易發生汽蝕;
5.WRY系列熱油泵發生汽蝕時，應把流量調小或降速運行;
6、若高溫導熱油泵在大流量運行，可車大葉輪進口，或把葉片進口去掉一部分；
7、減薄葉片的進口邊；
8、WRY系列熱油泵吸水池的情況對泵汽蝕有重要影響;
9、 對于在苛刻條件下運行的泵，為避免汽蝕破壞，可使用耐汽蝕材料。
